The CP50 introduces the company’s Dual Press™ Switch Technology, a system allowing operators to toggle between Easy Line and Pure Line modes without the need to swap out chambers. This capability aims to reduce downtime during peak service hours while accommodating a wider variety of ingredients. The unit operates at 65 RPM, a speed calibrated to minimize oxidation and heat buildup, preserving the nutrient profile and color of the juice.
HUROM Targets High-Volume Cafes with New CP50 Commercial Juicer
At the New York Restaurant Show, chef Ana Machado pulled back the curtain on the CP50, a commercial-grade slow juicer engineered by HUROM to handle the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Designed for high-output environments, the machine marks a shift toward operational flexibility in the premium cold-press market.
Built for continuous use, the machine features a 3-litre capacity chamber and an extra-large feed chute to streamline workflow. HUROM has also integrated an Auto-Pilot+ function to prevent blockages, alongside four customizable time settings and a quick-rinse feature for rapid cleaning. According to Executive Chef Ana Machado, the device was specifically developed to bridge the gap between high-performance output and the consistent quality required by commercial operators. Manufactured in South Korea, the CP50 is now available through the company’s professional distribution channels following its debut at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.
