The New York Stock Exchange has implemented a price adjustment of $0.19368 for Skydance’s Class B shares, moving the reference price from $9.27 to approximately $9.07. This recalibration follows the issuance of warrants to holders of record as of October 5, 2026, where stockholders received one warrant for each share held. The adjustment calculation accounts for the closing price of the warrants at $2.20, applied pro rata to the roughly 9% of outstanding shares entitled to the distribution.
Skydance Adjusts Share Pricing Following Warrant Distribution
Following the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Skydance Corporation has initiated the trading of approximately 471 million new warrants on the New York Stock Exchange. The distribution, which occurred on October 13, 2026, has triggered a technical adjustment to the market value of the company’s Class B common stock.

While the per-share price for Class B stock saw a downward revision, the company maintains that the total equity value remains stable at $46.6 billion when the combined value of shares and warrants is considered. These warrants, now trading under the symbol SKYD.WS, represent a significant shift in the capital structure of the media conglomerate following its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery on October 6, 2026.
