The company’s latest data focuses on LENVIMA-based combinations for renal cell carcinoma and new biomarker insights for recurrent endometrial cancer treatments.

The presentations highlight results from the Phase 3 LITESPARK-011 and LITESPARK-012 trials, which examine the efficacy of lenvatinib-based regimens in advanced renal cell carcinoma. The LITESPARK-011 data, specifically, follows the recent FDA approval of the combination of WELIREG and LENVIMA for patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have previously undergone checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Beyond clinical outcomes, Eisai will also share findings on the relationship between treatment efficacy and patient quality of life within these cohorts.

In the field of gynecologic oncology, the company is shifting focus toward translational research and patient-reported experiences. An exploratory biomarker analysis from the Phase 3 LEAP-001 study will offer a deeper look into the biology of advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer when treated with KEYTRUDA and LENVIMA. Complementing this, Eisai will debut a collaborative survey titled "Patients Raise Their Voices," which documents the real-world impact of treatment on the daily lives and decision-making processes of individuals living with endometrial cancer.
