Jersey-based firm FCM Trust is reshuffling its leadership ranks by appointing Natalie Workman to its board and elevating Torill Luce to client services director. These internal promotions serve as a cornerstone of the firm’s long-term succession strategy, aiming to preserve institutional continuity under its long-standing family ownership structure.

Workman, a veteran of the business since 2019, brings over 13 years of financial sector experience to the board. Her tenure at the firm has been marked by a focus on client relationship management and strategic business development. Her new mandate extends across both the parent firm and its various subsidiaries.

Torill Luce, who joined the company in 2013, assumes the role of client services director after a career spanning two decades. Her background includes eight years in the banking sector followed by extensive work with high-net-worth private clients, particularly those with US connections. Managing director John Wood noted that these appointments reflect the firm’s commitment to internal career progression, ensuring that the personal approach central to their client service remains intact as the company evolves.
