The program addresses the scaling challenges of a growing fitness brand by establishing a shared language and operational framework for its 900-plus coaches. Unlike conventional certifications that lean heavily into abstract theory, this curriculum was developed by practitioners for practitioners. It emphasizes real-time application, teaching staff how to manage movement, communicate effectively with parents and athletes, and execute safe exercise adjustments.
At the core of the new standards is the company's "Position – Pattern – Load" model. This methodology requires instructors to prioritize proper movement quality and structural alignment before introducing additional weight or complex training variables. To earn the Level 1 certification, coaches must complete eight classroom modules, master a hands-on decision-making tree, and pass both a live workout assessment and a written exam requiring an 80 percent score.
