Collins, who joined Hub in 2017, currently serves as the President and CEO of Hub Northeast. In his new expanded capacity, he will oversee operations spanning New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Paul Collins Tapped to Lead Expanded Hub International Northeast Region
Paul Collins will take the helm of Hub International’s combined Northeast and New England territories starting July 1, 2026. This leadership consolidation aims to streamline cross-regional collaboration, uniting over 60 offices under a single strategy to bolster new business acquisition and deepen client access to the brokerage’s specialized financial and insurance solutions.
Charles Brophy, Regional President of Hub U.S. East, noted that the move is intended to capitalize on the synergy between the two regions. Collins brings over 29 years of industry experience to the role, including previous leadership positions at other national brokerage firms. He holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation and serves on the board of the Cox School of Business Alumni Association at Southern Methodist University.
