The new resort features a sprawling layout, including 16 distinct dining and beverage venues and three swimming pools. Among the highlights is the Bungalow Beach Club, located on a private stretch of white sand, and the Allegra rooftop, which boasts the longest infinity pool in Cancun. Accommodations range from standard suites to the premium Mondrian+ category, which offers guests exclusive perks such as private check-in lounges, butler service, and priority access to dining.
Mondrian Enters All-Inclusive Market with New Cancun Resort
Perched between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon, Mondrian Cancun is set to redefine the region's hospitality landscape as the brand’s first-ever all-inclusive property. Reservations open June 15 for the 400-room high-rise, which aims to blend high-concept design with a comprehensive, curated guest experience.

Beyond the hotel, the project marks Mondrian’s first branded residential development in Mexico, with 328 units launching pre-sales simultaneously. Ennismore, the parent company, plans to expand the site further later this year with an enhanced fitness center, a specialized spa, and additional dining concepts, including a signature steakhouse. To mark the debut, the resort is offering significant incentives for early travelers, including a 30% discount on stays of three nights or more during its inaugural season, which runs from late August through November 2026.
