The Inspiring Workplaces organization evaluates companies across six distinct pillars, including inclusion, employee voice, and overall wellbeing. Unlike traditional surveys that rely solely on staff feedback, this framework requires organizations to prove how they foster environments that prioritize personal and professional growth. For Victory, the accolade serves as validation of its "people over everything" philosophy, which has guided the company as it scaled to nearly 600 employees across the Northeast.
Victory Home Remodeling Named to North America’s Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces
Victory Home Remodeling has secured the 56th spot on the 2026 Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces in North America list. The Holmdel-based firm earned the recognition during a June 17 ceremony in Chicago, highlighting its shift away from standard corporate metrics toward a culture centered on servant leadership and employee development.

Founder and CEO Bill Winters attributed the success to the company's internal team, known as GenV. The firm has invested heavily in proprietary initiatives such as the Victory Leadership Academy, the Victory Wellness Club, and the Victory Lap program, all designed to support staff beyond their daily technical tasks. Bennett Andelman, the company’s Chief Brand and Experience Officer, noted that the recognition reinforces the belief that business success is a natural byproduct of investing in human potential. As the company eyes a billion-dollar valuation, it continues to emphasize its mission of re-energizing the American Dream through community engagement and career advancement.
