Qinza Najm and Local Artists Converge at Pinky Swear NYC

The exhibition centers on Pakistani-American artist Qinza Najm, whose multidisciplinary practice spans painting, installation, and performance. Najm, who splits her time between New York and Lahore, focuses her work on the complexities of belonging and the immigrant experience. Her previous collaborations include institutions such as the Queens Museum and Art Basel.

Joining Najm are Brooklyn-based AR artist Daniel Kramer, who uses digital distortion as a medium for healing, and self-described "street ingénieur" Conrad Stojak. Stojak’s contributions feature up-cycled New York artifacts, including decommissioned parking meters and old ATMs, reimagined as mechanical art. The group show is rounded out by David Cochrane, Morgan Munson, Uriah Murray, and Chris Ayala. The installation remains on view at 171A Chrystie Street through September 17.
