HCLTech secures multi-year digital transformation deal with Neste
Neste has tapped HCLTech as its strategic technology partner to overhaul its IT infrastructure and drive efficiency across its global operations. The collaboration focuses on consolidating IT services and scaling digital capabilities to support the Finnish company's core business in renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
Eeva Sipilä, CFO at Neste, noted that the collaboration is essential for strengthening core IT capabilities and simplifying the company's technology footprint. For HCLTech, the agreement represents an expansion of its footprint in the global energy sector. Ajay Bahl, Chief Growth Officer of Energy and Manufacturing at HCLTech, stated that the firm intends to support Neste’s evolving needs by ensuring a smooth transition toward a more agile, high-quality operating model. This long-term engagement aligns with Neste's broader strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through its renewable fuels division, which generated EUR 19.0 billion in revenue in 2025.
