USSFCU Retains Greater Washington Top Workplace Status for Third Year
For the third year running, the United States Senate Federal Credit Union has secured a spot on the Greater Washington Top Workplaces list. The 2026 ranking, determined by WTOP News and research firm Energage, places the Alexandria-based institution at number 37 among mid-sized organizations with 150 to 499 employees.
Timothy Anderson, President and CEO of USSFCU, attributes these results to a culture built on mutual trust and collaboration rather than top-down management. Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, noted that such awards serve as a barometer for how well leadership listens to its workforce.
