CoFounder.AI Debuts Software-as-a-Partner Model for Startups

With over 8,000 founders already on its waitlist, Los Angeles-based CoFounder.AI launched today to introduce a new software category: Software-as-a-Partner. Unlike traditional tools that require manual input, this platform provides entrepreneurs with a voice-activated, agentic AI team designed to execute tasks across 12 different industries.

For decades, founders have managed digital dashboards and project boards that demand constant oversight. CoFounder.AI aims to invert this dynamic through its ADD model—Approve, Delegate, and Direct. Instead of acting as a software operator, the user assumes the role of a high-level lead who authorizes actions while a team of six specialized AI agents handles the execution. The system is designed to be proactive, surfacing high-impact tasks while operating via voice interfaces like phone calls, SMS, or messaging apps.

Clarence Wooten, the company’s founder and CEO, argues that access to experienced partnership has historically been an unfair advantage for a select few. By offering a subscription at $39 per month, the platform seeks to level the playing field for entrepreneurs from Kansas City to San Francisco. The system supports 134 business types across five stages of growth, ranging from initial ideation to exit. Wooten, a former Executive Entrepreneur in Residence at Google X, built the platform to serve as a turnkey engine for business execution, requiring no setup fees or equity stakes.
