He takes the helm of the company's global FSI operations, tasked with scaling AI-led transformation for insurers and financial institutions worldwide.

Fractal Taps Deloitte Veteran Leandro DalleMule to Lead FSI Division

DalleMule moves to Fractal from Deloitte, where he served as Managing Director in the firm's FSI AI and Data practice. His career includes two decades in senior executive roles at BlackRock and Planck, the latter of which was acquired by Applied Systems in 2024. At Fractal, he will oversee the integration of the company’s Cogentiq agentic AI platform into client workflows, specifically targeting improvements in underwriting, fraud detection, and customer experience.

Pranay Agrawal, co-founder and CEO of Fractal USA, noted that DalleMule's domain expertise is critical for the company’s next phase of growth. For his part, DalleMule emphasized a shift toward outcome-driven impact as the industry moves from AI experimentation to full-scale adoption. A graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, DalleMule also holds a certificate in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo.
