Dunand-Chatellet brings over two decades of experience in sustainable investing to the role. Currently serving as head of responsible investment at DNCA Finance, she is a veteran of the Natixis ecosystem, having previously led equity management at Mirova. Her background includes a tenure at Sycomore Asset Management and early work in extra-financial analysis at Oddo Securities. Beyond her corporate roles, she is an established voice in the field, teaching responsible investment modules at business schools and co-authoring the industry reference book ISR et Finance responsable.

Philippe Setbon, CEO of Natixis IM, emphasized that the promotion highlights the group's internal talent development and its broader VISION 2030 strategic plan. Dunand-Chatellet succeeds Philippe Zaouati, who helped establish Mirova as a pioneer in the sustainable sector. The firm intends to expand its portfolio this year with the launch of two new funds targeting regenerative agriculture in Europe and energy transition efforts in Asia.
