Between June 22 and June 26, 2026, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson acquired 6,116,402 of its own Class B shares. The transactions, executed on Nasdaq Stockholm via Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, represent a total investment of approximately 675.7 million SEK as the company continues its multi-billion crown capital return program.

Following these latest additions, Ericsson now holds 63,998,958 Class B shares in its treasury. The company maintains a total share count of 3,371,351,735, comprising both Class A and Class B units.
