Power Sustainable Backs Novilla RNG with $45 Million Credit Facility
Miami-based Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit has finalized a $45 million senior secured financing deal for Novilla RNG. The capital injection provides the developer with the necessary liquidity to accelerate its construction of dairy-based renewable natural gas projects across South Dakota and expand its broader pipeline of green energy assets.
Benjamin Shenwick, a principal at Power Sustainable, noted that the investment highlights Novilla's technical capabilities and its systematic approach to building a scalable platform. For Novilla, the deal offers the flexible capital required to transition projects from development to active production. This transaction marks the tenth investment for Power Sustainable’s infrastructure credit strategy, which recently surpassed $1 billion in total aligned capital.
