The Chelsea-based company is banking on the growing appetite for spicy-honey flavor profiles, launching a fully cooked chicken sausage designed to bridge the gap between convenience and trending culinary demands.

Designed for versatility, the sausage is intended for everything from standard grilled fare to grain bowls, pasta dishes, or bite-sized appetizers. The product is currently available at select retailers, but shoppers have a limited window to find it on shelves; the seasonal run concludes in August 2026.
