O’Neill joins the custody and investment administration provider following nearly a decade as chief operating officer at Tatton Investment Management. During her tenure there, she was instrumental in the firm’s evolution from a startup to a publicly listed entity. Her background includes extensive board-level and advisory work, which the company intends to leverage as it scales its platform services for private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.

CEO Chris Fisher described the appointment as a critical step for the firm's growth strategy. He noted that while larger institutions prioritize scale, Multrees is positioning itself to support challenger and specialist firms that seek to maintain a distinctive client approach while expanding. O’Neill’s remit focuses on blending commercial oversight with the operational discipline necessary to navigate the shifting wealth management landscape.
