Los Angeles-based womenswear brand Reformation has priced its initial public offering at $15 per share, aiming to raise capital through the sale of 14,062,500 shares. The move marks a significant expansion for the sustainable fashion retailer as it prepares to debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol REF.

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are leading the bookrunning efforts for the offering, supported by Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, and several other financial institutions. With 17 years in the market, Reformation currently operates 70 physical retail locations across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France, maintaining a global e-commerce reach spanning over 150 countries.
