Standex International Corporation closed its 2026 fiscal year with record adjusted earnings per share of $8.74, a 9.6% year-over-year increase. Standex Posts Record Earnings as Electronics Segment Drives Growth

The company’s fiscal fourth quarter performance was anchored by an order intake of approximately $270 million, resulting in a healthy book-to-bill ratio of 1.18. The electronics segment proved particularly robust, delivering 12.9% organic growth and a 1.27 book-to-bill ratio. CEO David Dunbar noted that the firm’s strategy of pivoting toward high-growth end markets and aggressive new product development continues to yield results, with over 20 new product launches planned for the upcoming fiscal year.

Financial discipline played a significant role in the year-end figures, as Standex successfully reduced its net leverage ratio to 1.8x. While the engraving and hydraulics segment faced headwinds, experiencing a 9.7% revenue decline due to general market weakness, gains in aerospace and defense helped stabilize overall performance. Looking ahead, the company anticipates continued growth in fiscal 2027, projecting that sales from fast-growth markets will exceed $310 million as it continues to integrate recent acquisitions like Narayan.
