Yiren Digital is reporting significant efficiency gains across its customer-facing operations, anchored by the MagiCube 2.0 platform. The Beijing-based fintech firm now handles 98.7% of incoming inquiries automatically, while its voice-AI systems process 1,500 hours of speech-to-text data daily to manage high-volume workflows.

Metrics from the current deployment highlight the scale of this transition. The Qingniao intelligent service system has pushed autonomous problem resolution to nearly 80%, while a dedicated quality-inspection agent now reviews over 2 million sales records every day. These automated oversight mechanisms contributed to a 35.97% year-over-year decline in total complaints, with the company maintaining a 100% resolution rate for all reported issues throughout 2025.
