Don Styer Named Executive Vice President of Federal Solutions
A retired U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer and former Serco North America CTO, Don Styer is stepping into a new leadership role at Consulting Solutions. Tasked with overseeing the firm's federal business, Styer will manage strategy, growth, and program delivery for defense and civilian agency clients across the country.
CEO Billy Milam emphasized that Styer’s background in federal market operations will be instrumental as the company scales its footprint. Styer, who holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School, stated that his focus remains on delivering mission-critical outcomes for agencies, including the Department of War. The appointment arrives as the firm seeks to leverage its 2,000-person consultant base to address complex technical challenges within the public sector.
