The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a supplement to the demerger and listing prospectus for WISA Group Plc, confirming the permanent appointment of Lasse von Hertzen as Chief Financial Officer. This update secures the executive lineup for the firm ahead of its scheduled October 31 separation from UPM-Kymmene.
Alongside von Hertzen, the leadership team includes President and CEO Tuija Suur-Hamari, Pia Helminen, Saara-Maria Helminen, Kristiina Jaaranen, Susanna Rinne, and Juhani Tenhunen. These executives will remain in their current roles at UPM until the demerger is finalized.
