Jonathan Pertchik, the former CEO of TravelCenters of America, assumes the role of Chairman. His tenure at TA was defined by a period of corporate transformation, providing him with a blueprint for scaling operations that founders Guy Madmon and Val Amiel intend to leverage as the company grows. Joining him is Peter Crage, TA’s former CFO, who managed the company through pandemic-era economic volatility and will now oversee LV Petroleum’s financial strategy.

Stephen J. Girsky rounds out the appointments, contributing over 35 years of experience in automotive, industrial technology, and mobility sectors. As Managing Partner of VectoIQ and a former Vice Chairman of General Motors, Girsky provides expertise in capital allocation and governance that is intended to professionalize the firm’s rapid expansion. CEO Kris Roach noted that the collective backgrounds of these directors will bolster the company's decision-making as it manages over 90 travel centers and 30 convenience stores across the United States.
