At the core of the GV90’s cockpit is a 24.6-inch variable popup central information display. This system physically adjusts based on the driving scenario: it sits lower for navigation and instrument readouts, then rises by 90mm when the vehicle is stationary to provide a larger, immersive screen for media. This hardware is tied into the Pleos Connect infotainment system, which unifies the head-up display, instrument cluster, and voice-activated AI services into a single, cohesive user interface.
Beyond the front seats, LG is deploying its second-generation connected car Rear Cockpit (ccRC) system. Passengers gain access to a 13.2-inch OLED panel and an eight-inch console touch screen that manages everything from climate control and massage settings to interior lighting. These features are powered by the LG Automotive Content Platform, which offers streaming services like Netflix and YouTube, with plans to add Zoom and Rakuten TV shortly.
