Parachute Health Taps Industry Veteran Heather Yi for Customer Success
After nearly 16 years at Brightree, Heather Yi is joining Parachute Health as Vice President of Customer Success. Her appointment arrives as the company looks to strengthen its digital platform for home medical equipment providers, aiming to streamline workflows and drive growth across a nationwide provider network.

In her new capacity, Yi will lead an expanding team tasked with deepening relationships with existing accounts. Beyond managing software implementation, she will focus on helping providers leverage the platform to improve business outcomes and patient care.
